How to tame
Section titled “How to tame”- Find a Warm Ocean. Look for bubbles rising straight out of the sand.
- Craft Coral Stew before you dive. Bring a lot.
- Dig down to its head. Be careful. If you hit it, it wakes up angry.
- Feed the head Coral Stew. On Java it needs 5 stews. On Bedrock every stew has a 20% chance.
- It wakes up with hearts. Put a Saddle on it to ride it.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- You can breathe under water while you ride it or swim close to it.
- Its special attack calls Guardians and turns sea creatures against its enemies.
- It can carry chests, and you can tie boats to it with Leads.
- To breed two tamed adults, feed them this: Coral Stew on Java, any coral, coral block or coral fan on Bedrock. The baby is born right away. There is no egg.
